Our rates vary by season, so call or mail us for information. Plan ahead! Prime dates are reserved early by returning guests who KNOW what a great deal we offer!

Rate starts at:
*Off-Peak rate: $140.00 per night plus 11.5% tax.
A one-time cleaning fee of $50.00-$100.00 applies to every rental (depending on cottage size).
*Peak Rate Start (Special Holidays and Events): $175.00 per night plus 11.5% tax.

Rates are per nights for double occupancy or family with kids. Extra adults will be charge $15 per Night if allowed on a case-by-case basis. Bare-boat Charter rate is base on per day basis with the minimum of 3 days for non-guest and 2 days minimum for KLSC guest.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of $500.00 is required to book/hold your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward the rent at the time of check in with Key Lime Sailing Club.
