For our sailing guests – URGENT:
The U.S. National Park Service has instituted an entry fee for all mariners plying the waters of Everglades National Park.
If you intend to sail into the park, the National Park Service requires that you first take and pass a test at no charge. To take the test, go to https://provalenslearning.com/everglades-boater-education-course.
After taking and passing the test, you may purchase the park pass online at: https://yourpassnow.com/r1s/site/74278. A seven-day pass costs $30. The Park requires you to have the electronic or paper pass and a valid government issued ID with you while in the park. If you don’t have a pass, you may be ticketed.
We highly recommend getting a park pass so you may enjoy all our float plans like Nest Key with the mud bath, the Mangrove Jungle Tour, snorkel the sunken sailboat, sail around Porjoe Key, etc.
